We are excited to welcome Mike Stilwell to Clark Nexsen as Vice President focused on serving our Public Safety and Shooting Sports Facilities market. He brings more than two decades of experience in the design and operation of firing ranges, working with law enforcement agencies, elite forces including the FBI and Secret Service, the military, and private organizations. Mike will be responsible for managing client relationships, supporting business development efforts, and providing technical design guidance based on his experience in the firearms industry.

Having owned and operated a shooting range for 20 years, Mike offers both first-hand experience and professional expertise to clients developing rifle, pistol, and tactical firing ranges. He is passionate about program development and design of all types of ranges. Over the course of his career, he has developed a full curriculum of firearms and related use-of-force courses for law enforcement, the military, and private citizens.
Mike comes to Clark Nexsen from the firearms range industry, where he was a consultant for more than a dozen years. He is an active competitive shooter and shoots monthly IDPA/IPSC/GSSF shoots including 3-Gun disciplines. He previously owned and operated Range Masters of Utah, an indoor 16 position shooting range and was responsible for all concealed and advanced tactical firearm training. Mike is a certified Concealed Firearm Instructor for the Utah Department of Public Safety, among many other training certifications.
